The staff are a dedicated, friendly, warm caring team with almost 40 combined years of childcare experience and are all qualified childcare practitioners.
Our aim is to offer children from 18 months old a warm, safe, caring, learning environment where every child individually is valued and respected.

My name is Helen Mills and I have been the leader at Huby & Weeton Pre-school since September 2010.
I am NNEB trained in Childcare and Development, and have over 20 years experience as a childcare practitioner working with children in a range of settings.
I have 4 children of my own, 2 sons and 2 daughters aged 14, 12, 11 and 9. Watching them grow and develop is very rewarding and gives me great fulfillment.
I am currently the Chair of Governors at a local primary school, with responsibility for safe guarding.
I thoroughly enjoy my job, getting to know the children, working in partnership with parents/ carers to provide a warm caring welcoming environment where each child is respected and valued.
My name is Debbie Dean, I am Deputy Leader and have worked at Huby and Weeton Pre-school for three years. I am proud to be part of a team that works hard to provide a safe, warm and happy environment for children in the early years.
I have over 10 years experience of working with young children. I previously worked at a pre-school in Wetherby and during that time I completed my CACHE level 3 diploma in pre-school practice which enabled me to take on a more senior role as joint manager.
Being a mother is hugely rewarding and watching my own two teenage children grow and change throughout the years has given me invaluable experience.
I enjoy working at Huby and Weeton Pre-school and I feel privileged to work with such lovely children and their parents and carers.
My name is Vicky Parker and I hold a NVQ level 3 in childcare.
I have worked with children for over 15 years in a variety of settings, private day nurseries, children's centres, out of school club and as a private nanny.
I have 3 children of my own, 2 boys and a girl aged 11, 9 and 5.
Working with children is a very rewarding job, watching them grow and develop whilst encouraging their individuality.
